WARRANTY INFORMATION

A standard 24 month warranty is included automatically when the Gold or Platinum packages are selected for your painting service. We also offer an optional 60 month warranty detailed below. 

Warranties are offered for interior and exterior painting services (only eligible for Gold and Platinum service packages) as well as for cabinet refinishing. The warranty covers damages caused by workmanship. The warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, damages not due to workmanship, extreme weather, material failure, or acts of God. 

Although a standard 24 month warranty is included automatically, should you wish to extend your warranty we offer a 60 month warranty. The 60 months include the 24 month warranty meaning that an additional 36 months of warranty period are offered in addition to the standard 24 month warranty totaling 60 months of warranty coverage. Simply ask us to add this extended warranty for you prior to contract signing and deposit. The extended warranty is offered at a cost of 10% of the original contract value. Should additions be made during the project or after the original contracted project is complete, you must request to add the extended warranty to these products in order for them to be covered. An additional fee of 10% of the contract value for items added to the warranty will be due. The warranty coverage for the extended warranty is the same as the standard 24 month warranty and maintains the same exclusions.
